Google Play Privacy Policy

• Camera and Microphone Access: Fitly360 requests access to your device camera and microphone only when you choose to join or host a video call, scan a QR code, or capture a profile or chat image inside the app. Camera and microphone access is user-initiated and is used only to provide the relevant in-app feature.
• Photos and Files: Fitly360 lets you choose images, videos, and documents that you explicitly select for features such as profile updates, chat attachments, and virtual background selection. The app uses user-driven pickers for these actions and does not require persistent broad access to your photo library in order to provide these features.
• How Media Is Used: When you start or join a video call, audio and video that you choose to share are transmitted to Zoom Video SDK in order to deliver the call. When you attach a file or image, the selected file is uploaded only as needed to complete the feature you triggered. Fitly360 does not access your camera, microphone, photos, or files for advertising purposes.
• Sharing with Service Providers: Fitly360 may share user-selected media and real-time audio or video with service providers that are necessary to operate the app's core features, including Zoom for video calling and any backend storage or messaging services used to deliver attachments and communications.
• Data Retention and Deletion: Fitly360 retains media and related account data only for as long as needed to provide the requested feature, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of their account data or contact the privacy point of contact for privacy-related requests.
